What we accept
Restaurants, markets, liquor stores, convenience, coffee, lifestyle, headshops and growshops — as long as they comply with the law.

Prohibited without exception
To protect customers, merchants and the brand, it is forbidden to publish, sell or promote:

- Drugs, narcotics and illegal substances.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives and war accessories.
- Political/partisan, offensive or discriminatory content.
- Counterfeits and intellectual-property infringement.
- WhatsApp/phone/external links on public pages.
We do not sell vapes. Equivalent restrictions apply per local jurisdiction.
We follow best practices (similar to major marketplaces) while being inclusive of legal categories — such as headshops and growshops — through controlled access.
Merchant responsibility
Products listed, inventory, prices and descriptions are the merchant’s sole responsibility. By creating a store, the merchant acknowledges and agrees to this Policy, the Terms of Use and Smowka’s Privacy Policy.
- Ensure compliance with local law (licenses, age gates, labels, provenance).
- Publish only licensed/authorized content and images.
- Keep inventory and pricing up to date.
Moderation, penalties and reporting to authorities
Smowka may suspend, hide or remove products and stores that violate this Policy or the law. In severe cases (drugs, weapons, fraud, exploitation, selling prohibited items like vapes), Smowka may immediately deactivate the store and notify the competent authorities, cooperating upon official request.
